The Embry Rucker Community Shelter (ERCS) is a residential county shelter operated by Cornerstones. The shelter has 75 beds, including 6 medical respite beds, and provides healthy, safe, emergency shelter for individuals over 18 experiencing homelessness.
Fairfax CSP connects families to appropriate services and resources to support families needs. Fairfax CSP can help in a crisis with services such as emergency food, shelter, clothing, healthcare, employment, financial assistance and other foundational needs.
The Cornerstone Foreclosure Prevention program is open to homeowners in Reston, Herndon, and the greater Fairfax County area, providing face-to-face foreclosure prevention with a HUD-certified counselor.
Artemis House is a 24-hour emergency shelter for victims in danger of domestic and sexual violence, stalking, and human trafficking. Artemis House accepts adults of all genders and their children.
Shelterhouse is a drop-in center that provides housing location support, rental assistance, and intensive case management services to help those experiencing homelessness return to housing as quickly as possible.
The Cornerstones Housing Corporation owns 47 townhouses and 11 condominiums, which include low-income, affordable senior housing. These properties are located throughout the Reston, Herndon, and Centreville area. Homes are rented at affordable rates to residents who earn half or less than half the area’s median income.
